We Cook

The girls helped make a salad for our dear GG. They were so excited to help and 'mi mi mi' (mix, mix, mix)! I don't usual let the kids fix food for other people....after years of getting food from students, you just question anything a child touches :) but I made sure the girls were clean before helping. Shocker, my girls clean!
I put the salad in a zip lock and gave it to kaylee and Alex took the croutons and walked as proud as peacocks down to GG's to deliver their part of dinner- it was nothing short of adorable.

Bubble Bucket

Our friends gave the girls a big bubble bucket for their birthday and it is a hit. Alex and kaylee love bubble in general but I think the size of this bubble bucket makes them love it even more. They figured out the big bubble wands can be used like swords...lovely.
Liliana seems to enjoy watching the bubble blow by while chewing on her fish.

Window Seats

A favorite place to enjoy a snack or in today's case, lunch. The girls love being able to see the world outside and the dogs on walks.

My Little Chunk

Supposedly she has a tiny head- the rest of her is not so tiny but she is my baby chunk :)

Eat. Spit Dog.

A common phrase in our house the past few days as we were dog sitting for Grandma and Grandpa for the week. Kaylee and Alex were very concerned that she get her food so they decided it was best to feed her kibble by kibble. Poor dog. She obliged and ate her dinner kibble by kibble.

The Gang

Alex brought the whole gang with her on a recent outing. All seem happy except for the lion in the sock...he seems unhappy.

A Visual

Ever heard the phrase 'Happier than a pig in mud'? Well here is a visual of just that. My little piggies in their mud bath.

Riveting

Kaylee wanted to know what her daddy was doing so she climbed up on the couch to join him. She then started tracking the words with her finger and asking Daddy to "weed stor-see". So he did. Kaylee sat on the couch cuddled close to her daddy while he read his administrative law book aloud.
Happy reading.

Moe Duurt. Moe Duurt

You might ask what the girls are doing and you would be asking the same thing as I did.
Me: what are you girls making?
Kaylee: Moe Duurt.

This conversation took place as Alex hopped from the pool to the mulch/dirt beds happily chirping "Moe Duurt! Moe Duurt!"

Tummy Time

It is nice to see Liliana has some friends to spend tummy time with. :)

My Sleeping Beauty

Our little Lily is sound asleep. If you've seen her legs it's a mystery how they were able to wedge themselves through the crib rails :)

Ugh

I still get annoyed at this silly Blogger app. I'm thinking of moving my blog to Wordpress only because I broke my laptop and hate going to the basement to blog. So if I have to continue blogging from my phone there may be some changes coming. (i think I mentioned changes in January, so we will see what happens)

Until then I'm sorry you have to click on all of my landscape pictures to see the full view. :(

Morning Traffic

Roads are clear but watch the cliff; drivers have been flying off the road for unknown reasons. The sounds of laughter has also been reported. We will keep you informed of any changes.

I Can Touch My Toes

Can you? I also like to bite them.

They Know The Drill

We've been to Wegman's quite a few time and it always starts the same. Out of the car, stand by Lily, walk with Mommy, look for cars, then get the cart. The girls know when they are in the clear and then make a break for it towards the shopping carts. They go to the row with the double decker shopping carts and pull one out for our use-they love it, only 2nd to getting their sushi rice from Nery, our sushi lady.*

* we don't eat sushi. Nery just loves our girls

Fun Day

We went back to Play N Learn today and met out neighbors. We had so much fun and so did all of the Spring Break kids who descended upon the showroom as well. Sweet Caroline, our neighbors older daughter was able to join in the today and was so good to my girls (as usual). She treats them like they are her own sisters and was even able to get them to jump like crazy, happy monkeys on the trampoline.
After 2 hours of fun we all headed to Yolly Molly's frozen yogurt for a special treat. But not before a power nap (they fell asleep before we drove .5 miles from the showroom. But when we did get there We all walked across the parking lot holding hands and Alex liked it so much that on our way out she chimed "Kay-line hold hand." asking for Caroline to hold her hand while crossing the street. It was so sweet. Both of my girls love that Caroline. And we sure do love her!
