The first time I let the girls see the hose it takes Alex all of 5 seconds to try and drink from it. I was so proud of her, sounds funny, but I thought it was so cool to see her teach herself how much water she can handle at a time, how close the water could get to her face, and the nuances of water trajectory. (some pretty big words to use when discussing drinking water from a hose) She seemed pretty pleased with herself when she got it right and slightly confused and dissatisfied when she choked on water. When Alex actually let go of the hose which wasn't frequent or for an extended amount of time Kaylee was able to try the hose out. She tried the drinking thing once or twice, but she like to spray the water by putting her fingers in or on the mouth of the hose. More fun to come I am sure, it is only the beginning of summer :)
